中秋節的由來 The story of Moon Festival
傳說，擅長射箭的年輕人后羿通過擊落十個太陽中的九個來拯救了人民。 作為英雄，他受到人們的尊重和尊敬。 天上的太后母親給了他一個生命仙丹，以獎勵他的貢獻。 長生不老藥由他的妻子嫦娥保管。 在農曆八月十五日，后羿帶領他的弟子出去打獵。 他的一個弟子龐猛想偷走長生不老藥。 他威脅要求嫦娥給他長生不老藥。 嫦娥沒有比吞下靈丹妙藥更好的主意。 她一接過，就從她的房子飛向天空。 之後，人們將這一天命名為中秋節，以紀念嫦娥。
Legend says that Hou Yi, a young man who was good at archery had saved the people by shooting down nine of the ten suns. He was respected and honored by people as a hero. Heavenly Queen Mother gave him a life elixir as a reward for his contribution. The elixir was kept by his wife, Chang E. During 15th August in Lunar calendar, Hou Yi led his disciples to go out for hunting. One of his disciples, Pang Meng wanted to steal the elixir. He threatened Chang E to give him the elixir. Chang E had no better idea than swallowed the elixir herself. As soon as she took it, Chang E flew away from her house toward the sky. Afterward, people named this day as Mid-Autumn Festival to commemorate Chang E.
